Micro-undulation

This electrochemical treatment gives stainless steel a surface a wave like structure. Comparable to electro polishing, the peaks of roughness are rounded, but the basic roughness is more important. This creates an air cushion effect between the stainless steel and the powder. In internal transport and packaging utilizations, the wave structure of micro undulations improves the sliding characteristics.
Depending on the application you can choose between electro polishing with its super smooth surface or micro undulation with its smooth wave structure.
