On top of the well known hygienic qualities of electro polished surfaces (never peel off, - easy to clean thoroughly – preventing proliferation – neutral smell , taste and colour), we realize in a number of foodapplications important improvements:

• Absence of butter forming at the extremity of ice cream extruders
• Beer and soda bottles fill more complete with electro polished injectors
